		<description>I think what you're doing is a great idea. It's unfortunately that skepticism about NYC tap water is one of the biggest things you have to overcome.  It drives me nuts when people in NY drink from the water cooler because the water is "better".

Penn &#38; Teller did a show on this where they made a fake restaurant that served all kinds of "premium" waters.  In reality, they were all Las Vegas tap water, yet people still talked about them as though they all tasted different and better than tap water.</description>
